Dripool Safety Covers
The best way to keep your pool clean is to keep it sealed. To enjoy your pool, simply turn the key and press the button and the intelligent control system takes over, as the cover retracts into it's own housing.
What happens when it rains?
An outdoor cover can collect amazing quantities of rain, even after a short shower. An inch of rain on an 18 x36 pool cover weighs about 1.5 tons, so obviously it must be removed before the cover is operated. All outdoor systems come equipped with HERMAN the charming turtle pump. Herman is placed on the cover when the pool is not in use and automatically pumps the rain off as it falls. Herman is powered from a super 12 volt DC supply incorporated in the control system.
Can I still use my ladders?
Yes, we manufacture a latching hinge that is interlocked to the control system, so that the cover will not operate whilst the ladder is in the pool.
Your pool can always be covered when not in use. Winter or summer, your pool is SAFE AND SEALED, keeping dirt and debris on the cover, not in your pool. You spend less time cleaning, and more time enjoying your pool.
